"Cancelled my auto insurance with State Farm, through this office on June 25th, 2024, due to the increases. Went back to Allstate who provided the same coverage for significantly less money. Now it has been over two months and multiple calls and emails to the office to get a refund. So far no luck so felt it was necessary to post this review about my experience with this office. It pays to shop around."

"Customer service staff are short and rude. Might need a bit more education to speak to customers via phone and email. Seems their vocabulary and proper grammar is lacking. Last renewal they snuck in additional fees. Instead of speaking to me to add these fees they spoke with my 21 yr old child which had not a clue what she was doing. I was the policy holder and no one contacted me regarding these changes and when I questioned them they stated that I agreed to this."
